Job Title: Sales Support Executive (Reduction Reports)
Location: Watford
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week at the Watford office during the training period new starters are required to work five days per week until fully competent, unless an exception is requested.
End Date: Thursday 18 June 2026
Salary Range: £36,224 - £38,130
Flexible Working Options: Flexibility in when hours are worked.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and complete monthly manual reduction reports for all salary sacrifice customers requiring this service.
* Assist with P46 reports for new and returned vehicles to guarantee detailed reporting to HMRC.
* Schedule, run and provide monthly reduction reports to salary sacrifice accounts, including forward planning month on month.
* Produce and upload Edenred and AON reports when required for customers utilising this reporting functionality to develop and run deduction reporting for all salary sacrifice accounts for ad‑hoc charges including fines, early termination and damage charges.
* Tenacity to see multiple tasks through to successful completion and ensure deduction reports are set up or updated in NetSuite prior to or following the launch of a new account and lead changes to deduction reports for current customers.
* Handle and analyse sophisticated reduction report queries from customers and the Account Management Team, dealing with variances and requirements for reports in a timely manner with the ability to work to tight deadlines and demanding targets.
* Manual intervention to support customers’ reduction report requirements and assist in resolving issues in relation to reduction reporting with a strong level of competency in IT programs such as Excel (VLOOKUP).
* Create and supply the Weekly CPC order and delivery report in line with requirements detailed by CPC.
Qualifications
* Experience in developing and managing relationships with customers.
* Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service attitude, problem‑solving abilities and strong organisational and planning skills; understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and the ability to explain these to drivers and fleet managers.
* Experience in scheduling, running and providing monthly reduction reports to salary sacrifice accounts.
* Experience in producing and uploading Edenred and AON reports for customers utilising this reporting functionality.
* Experience in NetSuite to set up and lead changes to deduction reports.
* Experience in handling and analysing reduction report queries and dealing with customer variances in a timely manner.
* Experience in providing manual intervention to support customers’ reduction report requirements.
* Experience in creating and supplying the Weekly CPC order and delivery report.
* Experience with regular communication with Account Management, Finance, Contract Management and End of Contract Teams to ensure accurate reporting for early terminations, informal extensions, vehicle write‑offs and other reduction report components.
* Experience in reviewing and monitoring complaint and issue reports with the Customer Services team to resolve repeat issues and service challenges with reduction reports and P46 completion.
* Experience in documenting customer changes in agreed reporting to identify improvements and efficiencies.
* Experience in maintaining instructions for tailored customer reporting.
* Experience in completing P46s for relevant customers to ensure accurate and timely reporting to HMRC.
