Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyse financial statements for a varied client portfolio.
* Assist clients in understanding their financial performance.
* Manage account preparations and all associated documentation.
* Provide taxation advice, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
* Enhance internal processes for an improved service delivery.
Skills
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/AAT accountant or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
