The Role
Working as a maintenance engineer will involve:
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on automation systems and working towards reducing the number of breakdowns
2. Mechanical responsibilities involving – fault finding on conveyors, rollers, belts etc
3. Electrical responsibilities involving – fault finding using a multi-meter to isolate and lock off motors etc
Requirements
To be a successful maintenance engineer, our client requires:
4. Previous experience in fault finding in either mechanical or electrical engineering – you can be either bias
5. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in either electrical or mechanical
