Your role
1. Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
2. Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
3. Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
4. Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
5. Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
Your skills
6. Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
7. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
8. Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
9. Confident using IT systems
