I am looking to speak with experienced FP&A Consultants to join my clients team on a interim basis. This is a strategically important role and will be central to supporting financial decision-making and driving performance in a fast-scaling, subscription-based business.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial modelling and reporting within a SaaS or subscription-based environment, with a solid understanding of industry-specific metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), customer retention, and subscription cohort analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools tailored to a subscription-based revenue model
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and performance insights
* Partner with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
* Contribute to ongoing finance and data infrastructure improvements, including automation of reporting processes
Preferred Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within a SaaS or subscription-based business
* Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial concepts (e.g. ARR, MRR, churn)
* Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
* Experience with data modelling, business intelligence tools, and financial systems
* Familiarity with tools such as Adaptive Insights (or similar FP&A tools) is a plus
Technology Transformation Priorities:
This role will be involved in supporting wider technology and finance transformation initiatives, including:
* Updating the company’s data warehouse and financial data model
* Implementing a new subscription management platform
* Exploring and potentially deploying Adaptive Insights or equivalent tools for FP&A
