A highly respected law firm with a particular specialism in property law are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them in their offices in Hailsham.
This is a brand new role, created due to their continued success and growth plans, which now sees them expanding is particularly exciting!
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for a varied, quality case load comprising:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Transfer of equity
* Remortgage
* Some new build properties
* Some auction properties
* Lease work
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will offer the following background/skill set:
* Ideally be a qualified property lawyer (either Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer), although non-qualified experienced Conveyancing Executives will be considered
* At least 3 years fee earning experience
* Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge akin to your level of experience
* Be client focused
* Interest in developing long-standing relationships with Estate Agents, IFAs and other referrers
