Hackajob is collaborating with Vitality to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. Team – Vitality Online Consulting Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. Top 3 skills needed for this role: Relationship Management High Level Communication, Training & Presentation Skills Organisation Skills What this role is all about: To give high quality training and support directly to advisers, over the telephone and on TEAMS on the full range of Vitality Life, via proactive outbound calls to engage advisers in the Vitality product range, whilst working closely with multiple departments to ensure a smooth journey for Advisers. To support advisers in submitting business to Vitality, and to grow our footprint by switching on non supporters. Grow the Vitality adviser support network through Relationship Management. Key Actions Proactive outbound telephone contact Maintaining and Developing a panel of advisers to promote and use Vitality by proactively calling advisers who are registered with Vitality, doing deep dive fact finds to establish their protection background, understanding their process and approach to a protection recommendation, understanding their knowledge of Vitality, any barriers to selling protection/ Vitality and then booking in training tailored to their individual needs at adviser level and/ or Firm Level To coach advisers in all of our USP's to win profitable business and increase our market share Responsible for all Adviser daily support and pipeline management Consultative approach to Relationship Manage your supporters and work in partnership with advisers to support their business Training via webinar/ TEAMS on all aspects of the Vitality Product Range Grow our footprint by switching on current non supporters Developing relationships to engage the IFA market- purely telephone based role- no face to face engagement, so high skill set necessary in presentation skills, rapport building, mirroring and other sales techniques Keep accurate records on our CRM Collaborative working with our National Account Managers, Product Specialists and Learning & Developments Partners Answering inbound queries from product to policies Post event follow up to further drive engagement Role model for Vitality Values at all times RO5 to be passed within 12 months of the role To adhere to Vitality's T&C requirements Identify Health leads and pass these to the Health Business Consultant via our CRM Stay up to date on market intelligence and industry news both internally and with our competitors and share findings with the team What do you need to thrive? Multi tasker- need to be able to deal with many advisers queries at the same time, without loss of focus Need to be highly skilled in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service and Training Organisational Skills Presentation Skills Results Driven Exceptionally self-driven and ability to work on own initiation to an agreed business plan RO5 needs to be taken and passed within 12 months of joining Vitality B2B experience Excel skills Broker or previous Adviser skills So, what’s in it for you?
