About Our Client

Page Group are working with a long standing client who are experience a period of sustained growth across the business. They are now looking to appoint the newly created role of Customer Experience & On-boarding Manager to join them at their Bradford Head Office (2 days on site). The role will focus on contract mobilisation, integrating new customers into the business (B2B) and being the face of the business to customers during the on boarding and start of their contract with the business

Job Description

3. Directly manage customer relationships during the on-boarding period, providing support across the board and being the interface for the wider business
4. Integrate new customers (B2B) into the business, working cross functionally with Sales, IT & other departments to ensure customers are all set for when contracts go live
5. Provide support to the sales function during tender stage, providing real life examples of successful on-boarding experiences, and displaying what the customer journey will look like from initial agreement to contract go live
6. Take ownership of any customer issues in a timely and proactive manor, looking to resolve with minimal impact to the customer
7. Provide support to customers thought the early / initial stages of agreements, identifying potential issues before they arise, signposting customers and ensuring a seamless transition to BAU processes
8. Ensure a world class service is provided to customers through clear and transparent communications, honest and open dialogue and a genuine interest in helping customers
9. Provide reports to key stakeholders internally around customer behaviour and expectations

The Successful Applicant

10. Experience in a similar CX & On-boarding role
11. Hands on experience in supporting tenders and sales pitches
12. Proven record of managing and building relationships with B2B customers
13. Commercially astute
14. Strong attention to details
15. Ability to forge strong working relationships across multiple stakeholder disciplines
