£12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 per hour after 12 weeks on site)

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join the FAG team on the PM shift. This role involves operating machinery to build and test finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meet standard build times, and maintain high quality standards at all times.
This is a long-term opportunity with progression and development available for committed team members.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
* Run machines and test finished goods in line with SOPs and standard build times
* Carry out visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
* Operate test equipment and accurately interpret pass/fail criteria
* Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety protocols
* Participate in daily shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers
* Work collaboratively within a team of approximately 10 colleagues under a structured shift management system
