One of our global clients is seeking an electronics R & D Engineer to assist with the design and testing of existing and new range of products. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team to create functional design concepts, test existing designs, and actively participate in the implementation of development projects. You may also be spearheading the redesign of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting with R&D team to discuss product ideas.
* Propose and implement ways of product materialisation.
* Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
* Collaborating with the manufacturing department and the rest of the R&D team on product feasibility.
* Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
* Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
* Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
* Resolving product issues.
Essential Requirements
* Master's / Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
* Knowledge of: Digital Signal Processing, Analogue and digital electronics.
* Knowledge of embedded electronics
* Knowledge of embedded programming capability in one or more of the following (C/C++/Assembly/C#/Python)
* Knowledge of PCB design
