What you’ll be doing Speaking with prospective customers and identifying their needs Generating and qualifying leads for our sales team Building positive, professional relationships with customers Supporting the team in achieving business and customer‑focused goals Keeping accurate records using our systems What we’re looking for A positive, approachable attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking to people over the phone Good communication and basic computer skills Reliable, proactive, and eager to develop professionally (Experience in sales, insurance, or regulated environments is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.)
