Due to continued success and expansion, they're looking to appoint an Associate Director to strengthen their leadership team.

THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ROLE: This is a senior position combining technical delivery, leadership, and commercial responsibility. You'll take the lead on complex planning and EIA projects, ensuring delivery to a high standard, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Alongside this, you'll support the growth of the business through client development, team leadership, and strategic input into the consultancy's direction.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Significant experience (circa 10+ years) within town planning
* Strong background in managing complex applications and/or EIA projects
* Proven client management and business development experience
* Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Chartered RTPI membership (or equivalent)
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage project performance
