Summary
Ruskin Mill Trust is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administration Officer to join our dynamic Property Team, which includes architects, a Senior Project Manager, and the Property Consultancy Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to help ensure the smooth operation of property management across multiple sites, supporting the Trust's dedication to excellence in special education and care settings.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality administrative support to the Property Team,
* Preparing agendas, minute taking and follow-up on meeting actions.
* Maintaining accurate property records, ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
* Supporting statutory compliance (e.g., fire safety, asbestos, building regulations) using property management software.
* Assisting with budgeting, invoice processing, and procurement documentation.
* Coordinating communication across sites and with external contractors.
* Supporting the integration of digital tools and systems.
You will be experienced in administrative roles, preferably within property or facilities management, skilled in minute-taking, document handling and compliance tracking.
You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and acquainted with property Management systems,
as well as being organised, detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities and a collaborative team player.

Pay: £26,834.00-£30,235.00 per year
