🔑 What you’ll be doing
* Acting as a primary HR contact for international teams, ensuring a connected and high-performing culture
* Leading onboarding and integration for new hires and acquisitions globally
* Designing and delivering manager training programmes
* Supporting performance reviews, promotions, and career development frameworks
* Partnering on full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
* Owning onboarding & offboarding experiences end-to-end
* Maintaining HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
* Driving initiatives that strengthen culture across global teams
✅ What we are looking for
* 4–6 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
* Background in financial services or professional services preferred
* Strong problem-solving ability with high emotional intelligence
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working without a playbook
* Exposure on a European/Global scale essential
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
* Tech-savvy (Rippling, Lattice, G-Suite a plus)
* A “no task too small” mindset with strong ownership
