The Role
As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Leadingcomplex residential planning strategies and site promotions
* Actingas senior advisor to major clients
* Drivingbusiness development and winning new work
* Managingand mentoring planners across multiple levels
* Overseeingproject profitability, budgets and resource planning
* LeadingLocal Plan examination work and strategic planning submissions
* Supportingappeal strategies and inquiry preparation
* Contributingto regional growth planning and recruitment strategy
About You
* Provenleadership experience and commercial capability
* Strongexperience in strategic housing and Local Plan processes
* Strongclient management skills and regional market presence
