This 42 bed nursing, residential and dementia service in Lochgelly, Fife is ready for a visible leader to build on recent progress and lead the next phase of development.We're looking for a Home Manager who thrives on driving quality, supporting people and shaping a positive culture, someone who can bring stability and momentum as the home moves forward.The home has strong foundations:* Care Inspectorate ratings of 4, 4, 3, 4, 4* Occupancy at 95% and average weekly fees of £1,154.* The home also boasts a 9.6/10 score on carehome.co.uk.* Minimal agency usage, reflecting a stable and committed teamThe home is well placed from an occupancy perspective and we are looking for a manager with a strong background in the private pay market.You will be supported by an experienced regional team with a strong track record of delivering successful improvements across the Care Concern portfolio.
