As the Clinical Educator for Physiotherap y, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class Physiotherapy curriculum that meets the learning needs of Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and Pre-registration Physiotherapy Students (including apprentices). You'll also support the delivery of multi-disciplinary programmes that facilitate initial registration e.g., NH's Adaptation and Preceptorship Programmes. You will also: Design and deliver the Physiotherapy curriculum, Learner Support and Programme Supervision e.g., Physiotherapy apprenticeships, and Practice-based Learning for the Workforce. Work with the Learning Partners and wider business stakeholders to understand the learning needs of Physiotherapy professionals e.g., specific Physiotherapy skill requirements, operational and business skills and knowledge of the charity's products and programmes. Work in partnership with Learning Foundation colleagues to design and deliver best in class bespoke learning solutions (both in-house and in conjunction with expert third parties) using blended learning approaches such as: e-learning, practical workshops, toolkits, virtual classrooms; f2f approaches. Support learner management across designated clinical education programmes, ensuring positive learning outcomes. Participate in quality assurance activities across Physiotherapy education, ensuring learning excellence and internal compliance through auditing and peer-reviews. To succeed as our Clinical Educator for Physiotherapy, you'll be: Registered Physiotherapist; active registration with the HCPC Level 3 AET (or equivalent; or willingness to work towards) Evidence of appropriate post-registration (ideally post-graduate formal/academic) study, along with significant Physiotherapy experience Experience of learning design and delivery Good knowledge of how to create learning that is accessible and inclusive Management Skills - planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management Willing and able to travel nationally on a regular/weekly basis, to meet the needs of the role Helping you feel good.
