Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Links Centre team based within the Offender Outcomes department. Responsibilities include carrying out administration duties such as compiling the links centre daily lists, photocopying, filing, minute taking, dealing with internal and external telephone calls, booking Teams meetings, video courts, agent’s video appointments, and handling various correspondence. The role also involves providing relief cover for HDC Admin, Casework (ICM), and My Compass Assessment Admin, requiring maintaining competence in these roles. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and issuing domestic stock to Links Centre & Regimes areas, following SPS wages policy for weekly administration and work party allocation on PR2/SharePoint for prisoner wages, and providing ad hoc assistance to the Casework Manager and other team members. The role requires the collation, management, and dissemination of records in line with SPS, government, and legislative data protection and records management requirements.
Person Specification

Assessment will focus on key behaviors relevant to the role, including but not limited to communication, planning, organization, and collaboration.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 National 5 or equivalent qualifications, including English and Mathematics, or relevant experience in a similar role. Experience should include administrative duties such as answering telephones, filing, data input, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates should also demonstrate understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
