Wizards of the Coast - Customer Order and Supply Chain Professional
Wizards of the Coast (WotC) is one of the world's largest publishers of adventure games, including Magic: The Gathering Trading Card Game and Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Games. Hasbro SA, based in Delemont, Switzerland, sells WotC products in Europe through its distributor Hasbro European Trading BV (HET). WOTC Europe, part of Hasbro European Services and based in Stockley Park, UK, provides services to HET.
We are seeking a Customer Order and Supply Chain professional with experience as a Customer Account Representative. This is a 12-month contract role at Hasbro / Wizards of the Coast, located in Stockley Park, Uxbridge / Hayes, with hybrid working arrangements. The role requires presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. It is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
* Order Management: Manage WotC product orders, FOC, and POS; resolve EDI issues; ensure correct quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and special packaging; review open orders regularly; ensure delivery aligns with planning schedules; minimize rejection codes and cancellations; maximize fill rate.
* Customer Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for customer orders; handle routine and non-routine inquiries; manage customer expectations; ensure timely delivery with correct packaging and pricing.
* Reserves: Monitor urgent/promotional stock needs; review account allocations and reserves regularly.
* Communication: Collaborate with SSC team for order resolution; coordinate with Distribution Centres and Sales team for planning and updates.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed about listings, catalog launches, release dates, and stock arrivals.
* Processes and Procedures: Keep work instructions updated; suggest and implement process improvements; manage accounts from order receipt to distribution; ensure information flow and adherence to policies including SOX.
* Reporting: Daily reporting on order status, issues, and shipments; participate in the Operations Team; seek process improvements; maintain understanding of business objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in supply chain and order management.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAP.
* Numerical reasoning skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and escalate risks when necessary.
