The Role
8. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
9. Gain experience in different classroom settings and school environments
10. Develop your classroom and behaviour management skills
11. Maintain positive learning environments and support pupil progress
12. Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
13. Follow safeguarding and school behaviour policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
14. Final-year trainee teacher working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
15. Recent placement experience within primary schools
16. A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
17. A willingness to learn and grow in a variety of school settings
18. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply, we can help with this)
