Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Client Engagement Manager in providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new clients.

Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients throughout their journey.

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical departments, to ensure client requirements are met.
*
Organise and facilitate regular client review meetings.
*
Ensure client records are kept up to date and accurately maintained in internal systems.
*
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
*
Assist with the development and delivery of client engagement strategies.
*
Prepare reports on client feedback, engagement trends, and key metrics.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a service-based or technical environment.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
