The ideal candidate will have
a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibility
1. Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our systems.
3. Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents as needed.
4. Install, configure, and maintain security software and hardware, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
5. Provide training and support to staff on IT security best practices.
6. Run phishing campaigns
Qualifications/Experience:
7. At least 3 years of experience in IT security management or a similar role.
8. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
9. Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection software.
10. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
11. ISO27001
12. Knowledge of Darktrace, solar winds & splunk
