A temporary/temporary-to-permanent Treasury Assistant vacancy has become available at a large business in Milton Park.
Your new Role
* Process bank statement transactions on a daily basis
* Processing of payments, both manual and formal payment runs (including our royalty runs)
* Take credit card transactions using Secure Trading, as well as processing the necessary refunds as required
* Record and process direct debits and standing orders
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
* Banking and reconciling cheques
* General administrative and ad-hoc duties
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel is essential
* Working knowledge of ERP/Accounting system is essential
* Previous experience working in a finance or treasury department, with basic accounting understanding is essential
What You'll Get in Return
* Annual salary £25,000 - £26,000
* Full-Time
* Hybrid (3 days in the office)
