Site Engineer - Water & Wastewater Projects (WTW / WWTW)

Location: Anglian Region (Multiple Sites)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for multiple Site Engineers to join a growing team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Anglian region.

These roles offer the chance to work on WTW (Water Treatment Works) and WWTW (Wastewater Treatment Works) projects, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure within the UK water sector.

The successful Site Engineers will take ownership of site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, quality assurance and technical coordination, working closely with site management teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out setting out, surveying and site engineering duties
Managing day-to-day site quality assurance activities
Conducting inspections, approvals and quality checks
Supporting project delivery in line with programme, budget and quality standards
Producing and reviewing red-line drawings and as-built information
Preparing temporary works design briefs
Coordinating with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
Supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental standards
Producing lookahead programmes and planning site activitiesRequirements

To be considered for this Site Engineer role, candidates should have:

Proven experience working as a Site Engineer or Setting Out Engineer within civil engineering projects
Experience within the water or wastewater sector (WTW / WWTW)
Strong knowledge of surveying and setting out techniques
Experience using robotic total stations and GPS equipment
Understanding of construction drawings, BIM models and digital design systems
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site regulationsQualifications and certifications:

HNC / HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
CSCS card
SSSTS (Site Safety Supervisor Training Scheme)
First Aid certificationWhat's On Offer
