Role Summary
You will work within our UK and Ireland Managed Services (MS) Team. As an SAP Senior Consultant, you will support our UK and Ireland MS customer base with SAP solutions.
You will provide:
* Solutions for complex issues
* Maintenance and quality assurance
* Designs for new solutions based on business needs, including build and testing of those solutions
This UK role is home-based with minimal travel (subject to business needs and local safety restrictions), with a strong virtual connection to the UK team and an engaged network of colleagues across Europe and beyond.

* Providing expert support, configuration, and documentation

* Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements
* Creating, estimating, and delivering change orders within scope, time, and budget

Skills
* Deep SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll knowledge, configuration, and testing across modules
* Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication
* Identifying and resolving potential issues
* Collaborating across multiple parties and vendors
* Excellent English communication skills
* Commercial awareness and MS Office proficiency

Minimum Experience and Education
* Over 10 years of SAP ERP HR and Payroll experience
* Strong SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge
* Experience with support teams and SLA management
* Operational HR and Payroll knowledge
* Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
