The role of CPN Coordinator is to support administrative tasks within the Community Partnership Manager.
You will follow effective internal processes to perform administrative tasks for the contract. This will support the contract in commercial aspects for the business. You will work closely with the Community Partnership Executives and Operations to coordinate candidate course activities, costs and certification.
Specific Accountabilities
1. Liaising with operations to promote, track and engage with customers for upcoming courses and events
2. Work alongside Community Partnership Executives to support our provision partners throughout Wales.
3. Provide excellent customer service, to customers successfully engaged with support.
4. To maintain up to date case notes and records within the case management system where applicable
5. Effectively follow internal processes, designed to support contract compliance relating to contract performance and commercial revenue.
6. Supporting the CPN teams in producing a monthly spend allocation for the CPN Network
7. To support ad-hoc tasks where required, which also relate to contract performance and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
8. Experience of completing administrative duties. Experience providing administrative support to a field based team.
9. Experience of proactive customer service (face to face or telephone based).
10. Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
11. Experience of working to and complying with processes and procedures to meet business/contract needs.
12. Experience of working with individuals with mental health conditions (not essential). Individual Competencies
