Accounts Assistant St Albans £26,000 pa Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are delighted to be supporting our reputable and established Client with their requirement for an Accounts Assistant who will be joining their busy and vibrant Finance Team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Processing a high volume of purchase invoices Bank reconciliations Preparing BACS/CHAPS payments Dealing with queries Supplier statement reconciliations Producing weekly reports Ensuring timely payment of invoices Ad hoc finance duties Skills and attributes required: You will have recent experience performing a range of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable duties AAT Studier (preferred) An outgoing individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment A hard-working individual who has a commercial mindset who can manage their own time and workload Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal If you believe you have what it takes to successfully undertake this Accounts Assistant position and you would like to hear more, we would certainly welcome your Application!
