This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the commercial, financial, and operational performance of both Glenalmond College and Craigclowan Preparatory School. The role reports to the Director of Education, ACES, and operates in close partnership with the Warden of Glenalmond College and the Headmaster of Craigclowan Preparatory School. You will have direct accountability for all non-academic functions, including: Financial management, reporting, and control Budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline Student recruitment (UK and international) Admissions performance and conversion Commercial income Operational efficiency and service delivery Implementation of organisational and management improvements In parallel, the role carries responsibility for supporting the long-term strategic development of the schools, The position requires a high level of visibility and stakeholder engagement, including interaction with governors, advisors, parents, and external partners. Attendance at key events, including evenings and weekends, is an integral part of the role. Regular travel will be required, including to London and other key locations.
