Access and Engagement Worker
Reference: 0108ZN
The role is a maternity cover post until February 2027, part-time at 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day). Salary is £25,000 rising annually to a maximum of £30,000.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for new clients.
* Support the arrangement of appointments, coordination of referrals, and telephone answering to provide an efficient information service.
* Provide accurate data entry and produce basic statistical reports as requested by management.
* Signpost new clients to appropriate services and ensure they have the information needed to access support.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable ability to use digital systems confidently, including data entry, remote access platforms and case‑management systems (e.g. Nebula).
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong client‑facing communication skills; ability to engage clients calmly and professionally by phone.
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload across multiple practices.
* Strong time‑management skills.
* Basic knowledge of signposting and community support pathways.
Qualifications
PGCE or relevant degree preferred but not essential.
