Calling all Service Desk Engineers in the Central Belt of Scotland looking for a new career opportunity and able to commute to client site 5 days per week (free parking). This is your chance to join a small IT support function looking after around 2000 users spread across various offices in the central Scotland region. This is mostly desk based however, there will be scope to travel to various offices from time to time (you’ll get the use of a company vehicle). In return for your skills and experience you’ll receive a salary in the region of £28k to £30k some excellent benefits including: 33 days holiday, private health care, life assurance etc. To be considered for this role you should have the following skills & experience: - Previous experience in an IT Service Desk role (1st & 2nd line support) - Knowledge of ITIL - Demonstrable experience supporting the Microsoft Suite (MS Exchange, O365 etc.) - Excellent communication and prioritization skills - Ability to manage your own time working to defined KPI’s and SLA’s - A clean driving license is essential for this role As well as excellent ongoing career development, you’ll be part of a supportive team of around 6 service desk engineers spread across a number of geographical locations.
