Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, Bvlgari
Hotel London is an elegant urban retreat renowned for its contemporary
design, discreet service and exceptional attention to detail. Since opening in
2012, the hotel has set new standards in luxury hospitality, blending Italian
heritage with world‑class five‑star service.

We are seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Front
Office team and become a key representative of the Bvlgari brand, delivering a
refined and personalised guest experience from arrival to departure.

As a Front Office Agent, you will be a central point of
contact for our guests, responsible for providing a warm, professional and
seamless welcome. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes with
accuracy and discretion, handle guest enquiries with confidence, and work
collaboratively with multiple departments to anticipate needs and resolve
requests efficiently.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, composure
under pressure and a natural passion for service excellence. You will be
empowered to make thoughtful decisions that enhance the guest experience,
ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and sophistication synonymous
with Bvlgari Hotel London.

Key Responsibilities


* Delivering
a courteous, efficient and personalised check‑in and check‑out experience

* Managing
guest accounts, payments and cashiering procedures accurately

* Coordinating
room assignments, upgrades, room moves and sell‑out days

* Handling
guest enquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism and
discretion

* Maintaining
detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, rates and promotions

* Liaising
closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments

* Accurately
updating guest profiles, preferences and operational logs

* Ensuring
confidentiality, data protection and security at all times


What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have previous
experience within Front Office or guest‑facing hospitality roles, ideally
within a luxury or five‑star environment. You will communicate confidently in
English, additional languages are advantageous.

You will demonstrate immaculate presentation, a calm and
engaging manner, strong organisational skills and the ability to remain
composed and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility is
essential, as shifts will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
