A successful F&B Assistant candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include: Experience of working in a Bar or restaurant and /or Retail environment To ensure Bar checks have been received in the kitchen Check Bar tables are correctly laid up according to the standards before any dishes are served to guests To ensure tables are cleared in the appropriate manner & time To have knowledge of drinks service techniques in order to serve all drinks correctly and to required standard To carry out other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by a Supervisor To deal with all customer / guest comments or complaints immediately and pass onto appropriate Supervisor/HOD.
