About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Ashford area. You will play a vital role in helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time work—whether you’re an experienced TA, a university student, a parent returning to work, or someone looking to gain valuable school experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with varying needs
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
Support pupils’ social and emotional development
Adapt to different schools and year groups as required
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children (in education or other settings)
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
Availability for part-time and/or flexible work during term time
Passion for education and helping children reach their potential
