Area Sales Executive
Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120). Bonus: monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance. Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off; weekend work involved.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving license.
* Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
