The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding. We are expanding our team in Ipswich and are looking for an additional Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. Suffolk's County Town, Ipswich, has a vibrant and varied property market, meaning you could be showing a Town Centre flat in the morning, to a large semi‑rural residence in the afternoon! Estate Agency experience is not essential, however experience in a sales role is.
Duties
* Identify and maximise business opportunities.
* Advertise properties, handle booking viewings and register applicants.
* Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
* Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
* Introduce new business and build alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
* Serve as the stream of communication between client and vendor, sharing information.
* Build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry.
* Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills Required
* At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and self‑starting drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Responsive to change.
