Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experiencedCarpenter Multi Traderwith additional trades such as lockchanging,Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling.The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires work and travel acrossNorth West Londonincluding the areas ofBarnet, Wembley, Harrow, Hounslow, Camden, Ealing, Westminster andHammersmith.
We are looking for someone who lives locally and is prepared to travel.
ExperiencedCarpenter Multi Trader:
The role is to -
* Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
* Full driving license
* Own tools
* Time served or qualifications
* Experience of working in social housing
* DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywithcall-outs as requiredonce every 4 weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
