We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
* Assist in providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and performing intake assessments.
* Support medical administrative tasks, including managing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate patient documentation.
* Administer medications as prescribed and assist with basic life support when necessary.
* Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance the patient experience.
* Prepare patients for examinations or procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within clinical environments, adhering to safety protocols.
* Participate in training sessions and continuous education to stay updated on best practices in patient care.
Skills
* Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
* Experience in dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with ICD coding and EHR systems for effective patient management.
* Ability to perform vital signs checks and assist with medication administration.
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including Level I and Level II trauma centers.
* Knowledge of geriatrics, medical‑surgical practices, internal medicine, PICU, OR experience is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and compassionate care delivery.
