About the Role You will join a supportive and experienced primary SEMH school team, working full-time alongside skilled educators while completing your teacher training. Through this salaried route into teaching, you will: Gain valuable hands-on classroom experience from day one Receive ongoing support and mentoring from experienced teachers Complete a fully funded teacher training programme Achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Following successful completion of the training year, candidates will continue their journey within the school as a qualified teacher for a further two years.
