Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new business within the Accountancy & Finance sector, identifying opportunities and driving client engagement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering tailored and effective recruitment solutions.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
* Operate with independence while working closely with our leadership team to support wider business growth.
* Act as a strategic partner to the business, contributing market insights and helping shape recruitment strategy.
* Deliver a first-class experience for both candidates and clients, reflecting our values and reputation in the market.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy & Finance market.
* Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
* Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building your own desk.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and projects.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment software and tools.
