Brand Manager
London - 4 days/week in-office
We are partnered with one of the UK’s leading D2C wellness brands as they look to hire a Brand Manager to lead on a new product category – supplements.
They are seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Brand Manager to own and grow their Supplements range. From packaging to campaigns, digital to retail, you’ll ensure the brand comes to life across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute a strong, consistent brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Strategy: Bring the Supplements brand vision to life by ensuring its positioning is consistently reflected across all marketing and customer-facing platforms.
* Campaign Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial briefing through to final execution, across digital, in-store, social media, and experiential channels.
* Consumer Insights & Market Analysis: Leverage customer data, market trends, and research to guide strategic choices and uncover growth opportunities.
* Innovation & Product Development: Play a key role in shaping new product ideas, defining their market positioning, and supporting launch strategies.
* Packaging & Creative Direction: Partner with creative teams and suppliers to produce packaging that is both brand-aligned and retail-ready.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Performance, and Creative departments to ensure cohesive execution and shared goals.
* Direct-to-Consumer Expertise: Embed D2C principles into all initiatives, from performance-driven campaigns to optimizing the customer journey.
Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role.
* Background in fast-paced D2C or disruptive brand environments, ideally within wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
* Solid grasp of creative processes and campaign execution.
* Strategic mindset paired with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Genuine enthusiasm for innovation, wellness, and culturally resonant branding.
Location & Workplace Policy:
* London
* Four days a week in the office.
