Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Ashford) Location: Ashford, Kent Pay: £110 – £120 per day We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in secondary schools in Ashford, supporting pupils with additional learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support across KS3 and KS4 Support pupils with SEN, EHCPs, or additional learning needs Assist teachers with differentiated lesson delivery Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour Follow safeguarding and SEN procedures Requirements: Experience supporting children or young people with SEN Patient, caring, and supportive approach Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and SEN teams All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
