Teaching Support Assistant
Milk Education is currently recruiting Teaching Support Assistants to work within mainstream primary schools in Cramlington and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.
The Role:
As a Teaching Support Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Roles may include:
1. Supporting pupils with their learning and development
2. Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
3. Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
4. Supporting the teacher with daily classroom routines
We’re Looking For:
5. Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting, within the last 5 years.
6. Enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals
7. A genuine interest in working with children
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
10. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
