Role Overview:
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Package: £65,000 per annum + bonus + excellent benefits
Industry: Lottery / Consumer / Retail Marketing
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the planning and execution of retail activation strategies that align with major marketing campaigns and consumer goals.
* Develop and deliver new permanent point-of-sale (POS) solutions to elevate customer experience and brand engagement in-store.
* Support the Channel Marketing Manager in identifying growth opportunities and improving brand visibility across diverse retail channels.
* Oversee the activation planner to ensure all digital and physical retail assets are delivered with accuracy and brand integrity.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and external agencies to deliver seamless, high-impact retail campaigns.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring marketing investment drives strong commercial returns.
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience in retail marketing, covering both digital and in-store activations.
* Strong understanding of the retail marketplace, shopper behaviour, and POS strategy.
* Confident budget planner with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective people leader with line management and team development experience.
* Skilled stakeholder manager, able to influence and collaborate across teams and agencies.
