Come and join our Hotel Services Team, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for current bank staff to transition into permanent roles within our Hotel Services – Domestic Department, across all four Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust sites. These are substantive contracts of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
1. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
2. Deliver exceptional customer care with courtesy, efficiency, and a commitment to a positive patient experience.
3. Provide a high-quality cleaning service in line with Trust policies and the National Standards of Cleanliness 2025.
4. Actively contribute to raising standards and improving service delivery.
5. Uphold Infection Control Policies and consistently demonstrate behaviours aligned with Trust Values, helping to minimise healthcare-associated risks
