Customer Consultant
Permanent - Full time
Location: Farmborough (Hybrid model; colleagues required to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)
Salary: A competitive salary from £22,932 - £24,400, depending on the experience you can bring.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries related to Aegon Financial Planning services and products.
* Seek to resolve customer complaints where possible using agreed and appropriate processes and procedures.
* Identify customers’ needs outside of the core enquiry by promoting further and appropriate products and services.
* Stepping outside of role to support the department on projects.
Desired Qualifications
* You have PC skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently whilst speaking to our members.
* You have an awareness of risks associated within the Financial Services Industry.
* You have experience in customer service (contact centre, face‑to‑face, helpdesk – that kind of thing).
* You can put yourself in a customer’s shoes, taking ownership and working flexibly to meet their expectations.

* We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place – you contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (7% from you and 13% from us).
