What You Will Do As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will: Provide direct care and support to children Implement individualised care plans in line with therapeutic approaches Promote positive behaviour and safe, structured routines Support education, leisure, and social activities to enhance development Build meaningful relationships with young people, families, and external agencies Contribute to maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance Shift Patterns & Working Hours Full-time role with a rota including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts Sleep-in duties are included Flexibility is essential to provide consistent, 24/7 care and support Permanent and temporary positions are available What You Will Be Rewarded With £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Continuous professional development, including access to relevant qualifications and training Supportive team environment with mentoring and supervision What We Need From You Recent experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker in a children’s home Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Commitment to working flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, and weekends Dedication to delivering child-centred, therapeutic care in a safe and nurturing environment Why Join Us This is more than just a job.
