About the Role
As an ‘Bid/Offload Coordinator’ you’ll support the Bid and Offload teams to deliver our projects on time, at cost and to quality.
The role blends bid management and off‑load supply chain management, often changing with business needs. You’ll shadow experienced Engineering Project Managers and develop skills towards a project manager role.
Responsibilities
* Support Bid and Offload teams in delivering projects on time, cost and quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing and purchasing contexts.
* Collect, manipulate and analyse project data in Excel.
* Assist in Primavera P6 schedules.
* Support stakeholder management and influence decision‑making.
* Participate in the project lifecycle from bid to off‑load.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable exposure to or understanding of electronic engineering product development.
* Solid track record of experience in an engineering, manufacturing or purchasing context.
* Good grasp of project management fundamentals and lifecycle.
* Experience in stakeholder management.
* Strong organisational and management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel; basic experience with Primavera P6 a plus.
* Proactive, dynamic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
* Right attitude and passion for development.

* Salary: Up to £40,500 (dependent on experience).

Security Clearance
