Adecco are recruiting for a part time docucare DCA to provide printer support for our National client in Central London.
This a part time role working Monday - Friday 9am- 1pm for a 6 week period.
Job Role Summary:
A DocuCare Associate provides the services delivery support to the client by providing contractual break/fix support, predominately on Office devices. Objectives of position are to deliver operational excellence (in line with the contract Statement of Work) and customer service interface. Focus is on proactively monitoring and managing all call incidents and engaging in preventive maintenance tasks to optimise fleet uptime. In addition DCA is responsible for logging engineer escalations and ensuring all technicians are fully escorted when on site P&G.
Primary Activities

These activities are expected to represent the majority if the DocuCare's available time
Actively engaged within response to break/fix incidents

Troubleshoot technical device first time fix issues with Office devices:

Replacement of ERUs (Engineer Replaceable Unit) - as defined by Xerox

Repair via non-electrical parts (e.g. feed rollers)

Follow All Call Activity (ACAs)

Calibration of system function via UI (User Interface)

Adjustments via use of a tool
Key component
Firmware management (with instruction)
Key component
Replacement of innovator kits, TAGs or retrofits (as defined by Xerox)

Device network re-configuration (via config or clone)
Site dependant
Knowledge of Network issues (Print driver or queue)

Resolution of Network issue (Print driver or queue)

Tailored Service Note (site specific requirements), e.g. Equitrac, Safecom

Support Third party peripheral devices (with instruction)

Manage Locker of company assets (parts/tools) and undertake six monthly stock checks
