Germaine de Capuccini is loved in over 85 countries for its luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We are experts in combining cutting-edge skincare with luxury rituals.
We are looking for a Skin Care Ambassador ideally situated in the Berkshire region. Must be able to commute to Wokingham.
This role is 52-65 hrs per 4-week Rota.
Mixed shifts between 9am and 8pm, 2 weekends in 4.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
2. Delivery of daily skincare workshops and treatments, with a delivery of a high-quality service and product knowledge
3. Build relationships with customers and team members.
4. Achieve monthly retail targets, lead by example, and regularly run incentives.
5. Promote a culture of high standards of cleanliness within the department.
6. Ensure stock and brand visual merchandise are well presented at all times.
7. Stock monitoring, rotation and ordering, to requirements to achieve sell-out and targets.
8. Commit to ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards.
9. Act as an ambassador of a global brand.
