Job Description Job Title: Installations Manager Location: South East England (site-based) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview We are looking for an Installations Manager to oversee glazing works across multiple sites throughout the South East. The role will primarily cover new build residential developments and social housing projects, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on programme, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. This is a site-based, hands-on position, responsible for coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while acting as the main point of contact for site management and clients. We are also happy to consider experienced Glazing Fitters looking to progress into an Installations Manager role, with training and support provided to aid progression. Key Responsibilities • Oversee glazing installation works across multiple live sites • Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation teams and subcontractors • Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification • Liaise with main contractors, site managers, housing associations, and clients • Carry out site surveys, progress inspections, and quality checks • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, RAMS, and company procedures • Monitor programme schedules and proactively resolve site issues • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and handover documentation • Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning • Manage snagging, remedial works, and final handover Skills & Experience • Experience working on new build residential and/or social housing projects • Good understanding of site operations and construction programmes • Ability to manage multiple sites effectively • Strong communication and people management skills • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail • Confident reading drawings and specifications • Proactive, solutions-focused approach • Experienced Glazing Fitters with strong site knowledge and leadership potential are encouraged to apply What We Offer • Competitive salary, dependent on experience • Ongoing work across the South East • Opportunity to work on large-scale residential and social housing projects • Supportive and established team environment • Training and development for those progressing into management
